PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND JUSTIFICATION:
ADDITIONS / CHANGES JUSTIFICATION
Removall and replacement of damaged portions of the
City's sidewalk system in order to proved and alternative
transportation path for pedestrians and to enhance safety
by seperating vehicles and pedestrians.
5 year expected costs. Increase due to rising
cost of inflation, labor and concrete prices.
