ADDITIONS / CHANGES JUSTIFICATION
Funds required to locate and repair/replace infiltration
and exfiltration issues in the sanitary sewer system. The
project will include but not be limited to smoke testing,
slip lining, manhole rehab, and main repair or
replacement.
