ADDITIONS / CHANGES JUSTIFICATION
An influent submersible pump (34HP), fused disconnect,
and VFD are required to expand Eastern plant capacity
to 1.0 MGD. Engineering & design is requested in FY
26/27 with construction beginning in FY 28/29.
