ADDITIONS / CHANGES JUSTIFICATION
Modern labs generally require acid resistant
countertops, sinks, and p-traps. The existing non-acid
resistant laboratory countertops are dated and worn.
Cabinets and flooring are in need of replacement in
order to maintain a safe working environment.
