ADDITIONS / CHANGES JUSTIFICATION
Lake Gracie's Force Main terminates in a manhole on
Prescott, east of Eustis Elementary. In high flow events,
such as heavy rain and hurricanes, this manhole
essentially surcharges resulting in flooding the school.
Extending the force main to another manhole will
eliminate this the problem.
