ADDITIONS / CHANGES JUSTIFICATION
Additonal concerns were raised in the original design of
the 44 Force Main. It was determined that effective
replacement would extend beyond the previously
determined
point
of
termination.
Phase
II
design/construction will effectively limit potential for
future failures.
Removed $120k for Engineering in FY 29/30,
added $1.6M to FY 27/28 for Construction.
