Programs Room Expansion
PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND JUSTIFICATION:
The Parks and Recreation Department has grown over the
last two years. With a new youth program for teenagers,
there is no space for both the teen and youth programs to
exist in the same facility. An addition to the existing
building that mirrors the current programs' room would be
sufficient for both programs.

Engineering design for unimproved roads and storm
systems. Engineering in one year with construction to
occur the following year.

Expansion of library on the south side to add an additional
800 sf for conference space and offices.
