PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND JUSTIFICATION:
As the City moves forward with the Downtown Master Plan,
the need for additional bathrooms will be necessity. As
more and more events happen downtown, it is unlikely that
portable toilets will sufficiently meet the increased
demand.

Local Trails Projects Phase I
PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND JUSTIFICATION:
The project will choose the top trail listed in the Local Trails
Master Plan. It will require prelimanary design which
includes trail type, design, conceptual layouts, right-of way
issues, enviromental constrants, and potential conflicts.

County Trails - Planning & Design

The project will icludes the engineering needs, grant
support, design and construction for the trail connection
between Tavares and Umatilla. This does not include rightof-way or land purchases.
