PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND JUSTIFICATION:
ADDITIONS / CHANGES JUSTIFICATION
This project will turn the basement area of the 21 North
Grove Street building into the City's EOC. This will
include complete hardening of the building as well as a
generator.
EOC will be funded jointly with Sales Tax funds
and Police Impact Fees
