(2) PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND JUSTIFICATION:
PROJECT ADDITIONS/CHANGES JUSTIFICATION:
The Carver Park basketball courts (3) have formed large cracks. The surface has become
uneven in multiple areas with concerns of trip hazards. Other areas have sunk in forming
“bird baths” that hold water. These courts are heavily used by citizens as well as parks and
rec programs. The hoops are in need of replacement as well.
