(2) PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND JUSTIFICATION:
This project will update the 2017 Reclaim Master Plan. The update to the master plan will
include, detremining areas of expansion, updating and running the reclaim water model,
locating areas of improvement and providing a 20 year growth plan for the reclaim system.
