PROJECT ADDITIONS / CHANGES JUSTIFICATION
Removal and replacement of damaged portions of the City's sidewalk
system in order to provide and alternative transportation path for
pedestrians and to enhance safety by separating vehicles and pedestrians
5 year expected costs. Increase due to rising cost of
inflation, labor and concerte prices.
