PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND JUSTIFICATION:
PROJECT ADDITIONS / CHANGES JUSTIFICATION
The laboratory countertops are dated and worn. Cabinets and
flooring are not uniform and in need of replacement. Modern
laboratory renovations generally require acid resistant countertops,
sinks and p-traps.
Scope should include the addition of an interior
wall/room for bacteriological sample testing.
