PROJECT ADDITIONS / CHANGES JUSTIFICATION
Lake Gracie's force main terminates in a manhole on Prescotte just
east of Eustis Elementry. In high flow events, such as heavy rain
and hurricanes, this manhole essentially surchages and results in
flooding the school. Extending the force main to another manhole
will eliminate this problem.
