PROJECT ADDITIONS / CHANGES JUSTIFICATION
The City's existing ERP system for Finance and Utility billing is
outdated and is not capable of many automation processes we
would like to implement. Commission has also commented on
the need for an improved system.
A request for fund for an RFP for a consultant to
spearhead the project will be forthcoming in FY
24/25.
