The Lake County General Fund millage rate for FY2025/26 is 5.0254, which is lower than prior year’s
millage rate of 5.0364, which is a decrease of 0.011 or 0.22%.
City Revenues
Total City revenue includes all funding sources and is projected at $67,612,571 (Budget
Summary, page ). The City’s primary revenue sources are derived from Charges for Services,
which include income from Water and Sewer Service Charges, Stormwater fees, and Ad Valorem or
Property Taxes. Figure 2 provides the breakdown by type for all projected revenues received by
the City.
